Restorative Massage & Bodywork specializes in an integrative, therapeutic approach to massage and bodywork. Sessions combine craniosacral therapy with therapeutic bodywork to promote the health and healing of the body-mind-spirit from the inside-out. This work aims to unlock, re-pattern, and restore the body from pain resulting from stress, injury, illness, overuse, repetitive use, trauma, and emotional holding patterns.
